Rosedale Policies and Information
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.
We are confident that you will be thrilled with your purchase, but because most of our pieces are handmade to order, WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT. If you are not happy with an item purchased online, please contact us immediately for instructions on exchanging/returning your item for store credit. You can ship the item back to us in original, unworn condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. One of a Kind rings that have been sized, as well as custom orders are FINAL SALE.
Due to this policy please don't hesitate to email us with questions, sizing concerns, or if you would like us to email you additional photos/video to ensure you decide on the perfect piece for you! We want to make sure you are in love with your Rosedale Jewelry piece and never want to take it off!
If an item shipped to you is defective, it can be returned to us within the first 30 days after receipt. We will make any necessary repairs to the item, or a full remake if needed. You will be responsible the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend that you insure your shipment for up to the value of the returned item. We will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item once repairs are complete.
Please allow up to one to two weeks for your order to ship. We know, we know this can seem like an eternity! However, all of our pieces are handmade, and we promise the wait will be worth it.
All US orders are shipped insured via USPS and require signature for delivery.
Shipping fees per order are as follows:
Continental US: USPS Priority Mail - FREE!
Overnight Delivery (Only available for Ready to Ship Items): $24.95
Alaska or Hawaii: $18.95
International orders will be shipped via USPS Express (where available), or UPS for certain countries. Once your order is completed shipping time will be 5-10 business days in addition to the time it takes to clear customs. You are responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred during customs clearance.
We collect sales tax for any orders that ship within the State of California. This sales tax will be added to the cost of your order during checkout. For shipments outside the State of California, no sales tax will be collected.
Should you find one of our pieces for a lower price at one of our retailers, either online or in store, we are happy to price match the item. Simply shoot us an email and we will be happy to help. Excludes Retailers Promotional Sales and End of Season Sales. Applies to full price items only.
When purchasing a One of a Kind Ring from us, we are happy to size the ring for you at no cost. Simply email us after purchase with your desired ring size. Sizing will take 1-2 weeks. If you need assistance determining your correct ring size we'd be happy to help! If you purchase a ring and it does not fit properly, send us an email and we will assist you in either sending it to us for sizing or with an exchange. There is a 10% restocking fee for sizing exchanges, and a $50 charge for resizing an already purchased ring. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for size exchange or resizing. Please email us with any questions.
Custom Lengths of Necklaces and Bracelets
We offer alternate lengths on any of our necklaces (16", 18", 20"). Bracelets may be customized to fit any wrist size. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss pricing for these alterations.
