ROSEDALE Jewelry was founded in Los Angeles in 2014 by Kate Kramer.

Born and raised in Austin, TX Founder Kate Kramer spent her childhood immersed in drawing, painting and mixed media art. In 2007 she moved to Los Angeles for college and received her degree in Fashion Marketing. A chance internship with Fauxtale Design reignited her hands-on creative passion. Originally planning to assist the luxury fashion company with marketing, Kate, alternatively, found herself fascinated with the creative process as she was taught the ropes of handmade jewelry. Sensing her innate abilities, the company's founders sent her to classes to learn the art of wax carving and lost wax casting.

After graduating from college Kate continued to hone her jewelry abilities in her spare time. While working for a PR firm, Kate continued to take classes and eventually began an apprenticeship with jeweler and artist, Jeffrey Gold of J&F Jewelry. During this time she began the intricate process of developing her first line of fine jewelry, carving each piece by hand.

Rosedale, aptly named after the Austin neighborhood Kate grew up in, displays her discerning minimal and refined aesthetic. Immensely fascinated with her grandmother's jewelry collection and the beloved pieces she inherited, Kate's designs are intended to become not only wardrobe staples but also family heirlooms. Re-imagined shapes come to life in 14k and 18k gold with precious stones. Kate is dedicated to ensuring that each creation is not only beautiful, but is also made using ethically sourced stones. Each piece of Rosedale jewelry is hand crafted with love from start to finish in Los Angeles, CA.
